Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Wax

Sunflower seeds are encased in a thin layer of wax for protection. The slightly yellow sunflower seed wax is a hard plant-based wax. It is used to provide consistency and as a soothing moisture retaining wax in emulsions and lip balms.
